Privacy notice

This site is a small marketing site for a single rental property, The Lantern House in Pflugerville, Texas. “We” means the hosts, Anastasia and Ray. The site does not run advertising, it does not sell anything on the page, and it does not build a profile of you.

What we collect

If you fill in the long-stay enquiry form we receive your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to give: phone number, company, dates, number of guests and your message. We use that to answer your enquiry and send you a copy confirming we have it. Nothing more.

We also collect anonymous, aggregate usage measurements through Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: how many people visited a page and how quickly it loaded. These do not use cookies and do not identify you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
• We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Who else sees it

These services process information on our behalf:

• Resend delivers enquiry emails.
• Vercel hosts the site and runs the usage measurements above.
• Upstash briefly stores your IP address to limit how often the form can be sent, which keeps out spam.
• Nalo Seed, the agency that built and looks after the site, can see enquiries while it keeps the form working.

If you book a stay, that booking happens on Airbnb under Airbnb’s own privacy policy, not this one.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while a stay is being arranged and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to the hosts at evemmanalo@gmail.com and we will deal with it.
